4. Host review — host reviews applications and decides.
5. Pre-engagement chat — optional Q&A with host. Confirm logistics, safety, travel, insurance.
6. Participate — engage for agreed learning exposure (no mandatory hours unless host legally pays you).
7. Complete & badge — hosts and participants leave reviews; participant may receive a badge or certificate if applicable.
8. Optional: Redeem perks — follow partner instructions for perks. -

8. Complete review & optionally provide a short impact summary for sponsor reporting. -
