1. Scope and relationship to the Privacy Policy
1.1 This Cookie Policy explains how Organize4Change LLC uses cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, software development kits and similar technologies on https://organize4change.com and related Platform pages.
1.2 This Policy forms part of the Organize4Change Privacy Policy. Terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Privacy Policy or Terms of Service.
1.3 Third parties may set or read technologies through the Platform. Their own policies govern how they use information for independent purposes.
2. What these technologies are
2.1 A cookie is a small text file stored by a website through your browser. Cookies may recognize a browser, maintain a session, remember settings, prevent fraud, measure use or support advertising.
2.2 Pixels and tags are small pieces of code that can record whether a page, message or advertisement was viewed or used. Local storage can retain information in a browser for longer or in greater volume than a traditional cookie.
2.3 “First-party” technologies are set by Organize4Change. “Third-party” technologies are set by another provider whose service is included on or connected with the Platform.
2.4 “Session” technologies expire when the browser or session ends. “Persistent” technologies remain until their stated expiration, deletion or replacement.

4. Current or anticipated providers
4.1 Based on information provided by Organize4Change, technologies may be associated with Google Analytics, Google advertising services such as Google AdSense or DoubleClick, Bing Ads, Mailchimp and payment options or processors associated with PayPal, Stripe, Google Payments or Apple Pay.
4.2 A provider may use different cookies or storage depending on its configuration, your device, the page visited, whether you are logged in and your privacy choices.
4.3 The actual technologies in use should be confirmed through a regular cookie scan and the Platform’s technical configuration. A provider named in this Policy may not be active on every page or at all times.
5. Essential technologies
5.1 Strictly necessary technologies may operate without an optional advertising or analytics choice because they are required to provide a service requested by the user, secure the Platform, remember privacy preferences or maintain an Account session.
5.2 Blocking essential technologies may prevent registration, login, Account administration, security checks, saved preferences, billing or other core functions.
5.3 We do not use the label “essential” merely because a technology is useful to us. It should be limited to technologies reasonably necessary for the requested service, security, privacy choices or legal compliance.
6. Analytics and performance
6.1 Analytics technologies may help us understand how people reach and use the Platform, which pages or features are useful, where errors occur and how performance can be improved.
6.2 Analytics information may include IP address, approximate location, browser, device, operating system, referring page, time stamps, page views, searches, clicks, session duration and technical events.
6.3 Where required, non-essential analytics will not be activated until the user has made an applicable choice. We may use privacy-enhancing configurations, aggregation or shortened retention where appropriate.
7. Advertising and targeted advertising
7.1 Advertising technologies may measure whether a campaign resulted in a visit or registration, limit repeated advertisements, build an audience or personalize advertising.
7.2 Some state privacy laws may treat disclosure of identifiers or activity to advertising partners as a “sale,” “sharing” or targeted advertising even if no money is exchanged.
7.3 Where applicable, users may opt out through the Platform’s privacy-choice link or consent interface, a recognized opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control, or other methods described in the Privacy Policy.
7.4 Organize4Change does not use information revealing disability, health condition, recovery status or support needs to create advertising profiles or target advertising.
8. Email and communications technologies
8.1 Mailing and notification services may use pixels or identifiers to record delivery, opening, clicking, bounces, subscription status and similar events.
8.2 You can unsubscribe from marketing email through the link in the message. Necessary service, safety, billing and security communications may still be sent.
8.3 Some email programs block pixels automatically, so engagement data may be incomplete or inaccurate.
9. Payment technologies
9.1 Payment processors or digital-wallet providers may set technologies needed to authenticate a transaction, prevent fraud, remember a payment choice or provide a payment interface.
9.2 Payment technologies may be governed by the provider’s own privacy and cookie notices. Organize4Change typically receives transaction status and limited billing information rather than complete payment credentials.
10. Your choices
10.1 Where a cookie consent or privacy-choice interface is available, use it to accept, reject or manage categories. Essential technologies cannot ordinarily be disabled through that interface because the requested service may not function without them.
10.2 You can delete or block cookies through browser settings. Browsers differ, and clearing cookies may remove saved preferences and require you to log in again.
10.3 Mobile devices and browsers may provide controls for advertising identifiers, location, tracking protection or third-party cookies. These controls operate independently from Organize4Change.
10.4 Where required, we will process a legally recognized browser-based opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control, as an opt-out from sale, sharing or targeted advertising for that browser or device.
10.5 A choice may be browser- and device-specific. If you use another device, browser, Account or clear storage, you may need to repeat the choice.
11. Do Not Track
11.1 Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is no universally accepted response standard, the Platform may not respond to generic Do Not Track signals.
11.2 This does not affect our obligation to honor legally recognized opt-out preference signals where required.
12. Retention
12.1 Cookie and storage duration depends on the technology and purpose. Session technologies expire when the session ends; persistent technologies may remain until they expire or are deleted.
12.2 Consent records, security values and transaction-related technologies may be retained for a period reasonably necessary to demonstrate choices, prevent fraud, resolve disputes and comply with law.
12.3 Third-party providers set their own retention periods. Their documentation may provide more specific information.
13. Changes to this Policy
13.1 We may update this Policy when technologies, providers, legal requirements or Platform features change. The effective date will be updated.
13.2 Where a change materially expands non-essential tracking or requires new consent, we will provide an appropriate notice or request a new choice before activation.
